Lipo Trim Lipo Trim is pretty much an unheard of weight loss diet pill. But for those who use it, it is an incredible tool in the weight loss battle. Lipo Trim does not contain an active fat burner. It does, however, contain L-Carnitine, Chromium and Vitamin B6. L-Carnitine - this amino acid transports fatty acids into a cell's mitochondria. It is often sold as a nutritional supplement. Like all other proteinogenic amino acids, it can be synthesized within the body from the amino acids lysine or methionine. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is essential to the synthesis of Carnitine. It has been speculated that during growth or pregnancy the requirement of Carnitine could exceed its natural production. Chromium - is a naturally occurring element found in air, soil, water and food. This trace mineral, which acts cooperatively with other substances that control metabolism; a component of the glucose tolerance factor and activator of certain enzymes. Vitamin B6 – is a vitamin that plays an important role in the breakdown and use of energy sources, production of red blood cells and antibodies, and normal functioning of the nervous system. More studies are still needed to determine if it is truly beneficial for weight management. Lipo Trim has many positive traits. The first one being that it contains Chromium. Chromium is said to treat or prevent diabetes and other health problems. The Reference Daily Intake (RDI) for chromium has been set at 120 mcg by the Institute of Medicine. Clinical research suggests, however, that 200–400 mcg is needed for achieving optimal health benefits. Another benefit is that it is sold is discount stores so you won’t pay high prices for Lipo Trim. The last benefit is that Lipo Trim is very health conscious. Lipo Trim does have a negative side. The biggest thing is that it does not contain a fat burner. This seems to be a plus among other diet pills. Also there does not seem to be a lot of testimonials especially on Lipo Trim’s website. Most weight loss and diet pill websites contain testimonials of others who have tried Lipo Trim. So you don’t really know if it works or not before you buy it. There does not seem to be any side effects associated with Lipo Trim. But on the other hand, since there is no active fat burner contained in Lipo Trim, there is no guarantee of weight loss.
