The internet is a world of health information or any other information you might be looking for. Health is one of the most widely discussed topics on the internet today because there has been so much new information released in the past few years. You can quickly find the health information you need by doing a quick search on one of the top search engines such as Yahoo. There is a lot of controversy about which foods are good for you and which ones aren’t. It is hard to know what to eat because one day the FDA or scientists will tell you that a certain food is good for you then ten years or so down the road they change their minds and tell you it is not good for you and it might cause cancer or something else bad. It is better to use your own common sense and eat the fresh home grown foods and live longer than to play games with your health and go back and forth with foods the FDA does not know whether it is good for you or not. We all know that the processed foods with all of the artificial ingredients, chemicals, preservatives and other additives can not be good for us. We are living in a world where we are busy all of the time so we eat what is quick and easy to fix and forget that the stuff is not good for us. We could also eat fresh fruits and vegetables as well as fresh meats, fish, poultry, eggs, and milk fresh from the organic farm, we will all be much healthier.

You can find out about the new diet food pyramid which is loaded with information about the foods that are good for you. It consists of whole foods such as beans, rice, and oats, as well as fruits, vegetables, and fish. The new pyramid is not like the one we had to learn when we were in school years ago. It has been reported that the parents and grandparents of the baby boomers are much healthier than the baby boomers and this is due to the fact that they ate healthier foods. They ate fresh fruits and vegetables right out of the garden. They preserved their own foods without adding all of the artificial ingredients and harmful processing methods they use today. There were no pesticides or herbicides sprayed on the foods like there are today. We live in an artificial world today and need to get back to the real world.
