Their only stipulation is that you pay a $99 installation fee and sign an agreement to pay a monthly fee for their monitoring service for two or three years. It sounds like a great deal but you have to know that very few things in this life are free so in this case, they are making their money through their monitoring service. The cost of the security system is embedded into the monitoring fee. This fee usually runs around $29 - $39 per month. While it still may be worth it, make sure you read and understand the agreement before you sign it. If you do not understand something, ask questions until everything is clear to you.
