Entry Home Security System

There are several security entry system devices the homeowner can choose from to make their home much more secure and entry into their homes much more difficult for the intruders. VOS Systems, Inc of Poway, California well known for manufacturing the Intelavoice line of voice recognition, has now introduced their Video Entry System to the public. It is an audio visual security system which uses infared technology to give a clear view of the perimeter around the front door in total darkness or daylight. It is also reasonably priced so the homeowner can afford this high tech piece of security equipment to aid in the security of their home. The system can be used on a home or a business. The system provides a audio visual 'peephole' that they can access from anywhere inside the home or office.

The VES entry security system combines an intercom doorbell with an infared television camera which can be mounted on front doors or exterior walls much like the ordinary doorbell. Visitors push a button and residents are alerted with a door chime. Then they can see and talk to the visitors through a telephone style monitoring station connected to a four inch black and white video screen, handset, and speakerphone. The monitoring stations can be mounted or set on a table. Extra monitoring stations can be added in different rooms if desired.

Some of the other types of entry security systems are also available to the consumer. There can be keyless entry locks or deadbolt locks installed on all outside doors of the home. Locks on the windows can also be installed to prevent entry through the windows. There are several dependable types of window locks. Key locks (preferably deadbolt) are suggested on the windows. Any security you can afford to install is definitely a plus if you want the peace of mind that your family will be safe in their home. If the budget only allows for a few simple security devices, at least it is a step in the right direction. Add more security devices as the budget allows. We have to do as much as we can to keep our family and personal property safe.

Do a quick search on the internet and see which security system companies are in your area and compare them to see which one is best for you to deal with. See what home entry security devices or systems they have available and compare prices, warranties, fees etc. The company you choose to deal with will help you design the system you need for your home and budget and can also make suggestions as far as which security entry systems might be best.
