There are some very good vitamins on the market and there are supplemental vitamins for many different health issues. It is a good idea for everyone to use multi vitamins because most people do not get the daily recommended amounts of the vitamins and minerals they need to maintain a healthy body. Discuss supplements with your doctor to see what you might need to keep a healthy balance. There are supplements for other purposes too such as maintaining blood pressure, blood glucose levels, cholesterol, circulation and heart, breathing, digestion, kidneys, liver, and aids for other parts of the body. There are even supplements for the skin, nails, hair, eyes, ears, and more. There are antioxidants which can help your system fight off viruses and diseases and help keep them at a minimum. If you are pregnant or nursing, or have health issues and are taking medications, you should discuss the use of supplements with your doctor before you use them.
