Looking for a Trimspa commercial with Anna Nicole Smith as the star? Anna Nicole was the star in the Trimspa commercials and ad campaigns from 2003 until her death on February 8, 2007. Prior to Anna Nicole’s joining Trimspa as their spokesperson, the Trimspa company was in financial trouble because of slow sales of the Trimspa weight loss products. Anna aired in many Trimspa commercials and it was believed that the Trimspa sales soared because of Anna Nicole and a smart marketing team. Her statement that she had previously lost 69 pounds in 8 months seemed to catch hold and many people wanted to acquire the results that Anna did. Her statements gave people hope of losing weight with Trimspa. However the company’s sales were short lived. For the past three years the sales of Trimspa has again dropped drastically. Lawsuits were cropping up and many complaints about the products were surfacing. Many claimed the products did not work as Trimspa claimed that they would. The lawsuits claimed there was false advertising and false claims made about the products. The marketers of Trimspa were fined by the Federal Trade Commission and on January 4, 2007, the Trimspa Marketers agreed to pay $1.5 million in response to the Federal Trade Commission’s charge of Trimspa making unsupported claims in advertisements. Trimspa has no scientific proof that the Trimspa weight loss pills will do what they claimed they would do.
There are many reported side effects from the Trimspa weight loss products and many people can not take them because of medical problems and/or taking certain medications which will not mix with the ingredients in the Trimspa pills. The side effects are nausea, anxiety, migraines, jitters, vomiting, chest pains, allergic reactions to shellfish, swelling of the throat or esophagus which may cause choking if the pill is not taken with plenty of water (recommended amount is 8 ounces), trouble swallowing or breathing, sensitivity to caffeine, chromium toxicity, heart palpitations, insomnia, and increased blood glucose. There may be other side effects not mentioned here. If you are taking the Trimspa weight loss pill and experience any side effects, stop taking it and if the problem is serious, contact your doctor as soon as possible or seek emergency medical help at once. The ingredients in the Trimspa diet pills are chromium, hoodia gordonii, green tea extract, cocoa extract, glucomannan, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, glucosamine, HCL, citrus naringin, and vanadium. There are a few other ingredients that the company will not disclose. They state that their products are made from all natural ingredients but it is not known for sure because there is no scientific proof. There is some speculation that the Trimspa company will not be around for much longer. Only time will tell.
