Anna Nicole Trimspa
The model Anna Nicole helped Trimspa by joining their marketing group as their spokesperson in 2005 and was with the company up until her death on February 8, 2007. The Trimspa company was hurting very badly and they had just about hit rock bottom when Anna Nicole joined them as their spokesperson. Anna claimed to have lost 69 pounds in an eight month period while taking the Trimspa weight loss pill. This claim and the commercials she was in caused the sales to soar and their profits increased considerably and stayed that way for a year or so. The sales then started to drop again because there were lawsuits from people who claimed that the weight loss pills were not working or that they did not lose but a few pounds while using them. They filed lawsuits against Anna Nicole and the Trimspa company as well as their distributor Goen Technologies, Inc. For making false claims about the product. It has since been discovered that Anna Nicole was also taking other aids to help her lose weight at the same time that she was taking the Trimspa. It is not known if she was still taking the Trimspa at the time of her death or not.
Between the lawsuits and Anna Nicole’s death, many feel that it may mean the end of Trimspa. They feel that the false claims and the absence of Anna Nicole as their spokesperson that the company will fold up. There are claims that Anna Nicole and the commercials she was in is what made the company thrive for awhile. Now the sales are down because of the lawsuits and it is believed they will drop even more because of Anna’s death.
There are many reviews on the Trimspa weight loss pills. Some good and some bad. There are some who claim they lost a lot of weight while they took Trimspa, exercised and watched what they ate. Others claim they did the same thing and lost nothing or very little. One even said they lost 3 pounds in a short period of time, quit taking the pill and gained 5 pounds back almost immediately. The company claims that Trimspa is made from all natural ingredients but they are keeping several ingredients a secret. Their labels on their bottles do not contain the amounts of each ingredient listed on the bottle. The company claims this is because they do not want anyone to steal their formula. If the product is not working and they are making false claims, along with the lawsuits that keep popping up, it doesn’t seem that there would be very many who would want to steal the formula.
