Is Trim Spa Safe?
Is Trim Spa weight loss pill safe? That question probably has different answers from different individuals. Some people have experienced side effects from the use of the Trimspa diet pill while others had no side effects at all. The company claims that the product is made from all natural products so the Food and Drug Administration has no control over it. There are a few ingredients the company is keeping a secret. They claim that it is because they do not want someone to steal their formula. Whether these ‘secret’ ingredients cause any side effects is not known. There are some reported side effects and some of these may or may not be linked with the ‘secret’ ingredients. Other known ingredients are chromium, cocoa extract, green tea extract, glucomannan, hoodia gordonii, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, glucosamine (taken from shellfish), HCL, citrus naringin, vanadium, and food dyes and additives. The reported side effects from the use of the Trimspa weight loss pill are insomnia, anxiety, increased blood glucose, migraines, chromium toxicity, heart palpitations, swelling of the throat or esophagus which may cause choking because of inadequate water intake with the pill, chest pain, vomiting, allergic reaction to shellfish, or are sensitive to caffeine. Those who are taking anticoagulants (antidepressants) should not take the Trimspa weight loss pill at the same time. They will not mix together and can cause serious problems. Taking both at the same time can cause a rise in blood pressure, headaches, nausea, vomiting, rapid heartbeat, confusion, psychotic symptoms, seizures, stroke or coma. If for some reason you have taken both of these medications at the same time and experience any of the side effects listed or other side effects, seek your doctors advise as soon as possible.
The Trimspa company was slowly losing ground when Anna Nicole Smith came on board as their spokesperson. Their sales quickly rose because of the commercials she did for Trimspa. This was in 2005. For a while the sales kept rising and millions were made with her help as their spokesperson. For the past three years the company has again declined because of the lawsuits which state that the Trimspa company and Anna Nicole made false claims about the product. They claimed that the product did not work like the company and Anna said it did. Some did not lose any weight at all and others lose a few pounds, then quickly gained them back when they stopped taking the weight loss pills. It was also later learned that Anna Nicole was taking other weight loss aids along with the Trimspa when she lost the 69 pounds in 8 months. She had made the claim that Trimspa did it for her. Some feel that the law suits, false claims, and lack of sales may be the down fall of the Trimspa company.
