Marcy Debs Diet Trim Spa

Marcy Debs diet Trim Spa. The Trimspa weight loss pills are being discussed all over the news because of the connection to Anna Nicole Smith. Anna Nicole was hired on as their spokesperson in 2003 after the company heard that Anna lost 69 pounds in about 8 months while using Trimspa diet pills. Prior to her becoming a part of the company, Trimspa sales had dropped and the company was in financial difficulty and headed toward bankruptcy according to some reports. With the help of the commercials and banner ad campaigns that Anna appeared in the company’s sales again soared for several years. Then the lawsuits and complaints against Anna Nicole Smith and the Trimspa company began to surface. The charges filed were false advertising and making statements about the products that were not true. Many people claimed that the diet pills did not help them at all. It was also learned that Anna Nicole had been using other aids to help her lose weight at the same time she was taking the Trimspa. This new found information did not sit too well with some who had believed that she actually lost the weight with Trimspa. While Trimspa may have played a hand in the weight loss, there is no way of knowing just how much help it was. There are a few people who claim they lost a few pounds but gained them back plus more when they stopped taking the diet pills. Others claimed they experienced side effects and had to stop taking the pills.

The Trimspa diet pill has many possible side effects. It should be discussed with your doctor before you try it if you have medical problems or are taking medications. Trimspa does not mix with some medications. There can be serious health issues for those who are not suited to use the diet pills. If you are taking the pills and experience any side effects, it is suggested that you stop taking the pills and contact your doctor. The Federal Trade Commission fined the Trimspa company $1.5 million for false advertising and not having the scientific proof to back up their statements made about their diet pills. The Trimspa company agreed to pay the fine but claim it is not an admittance of guilt. They just wanted the Federal Trade Commission to stop their investigation of the company because it had already been going on for two years. The future of the Trimspa company is anyone’s guess. Their sales have dropped for the past three years and with the lawsuits and Anna Nicole’s death on February 8, 2007, it may be just a matter of time before the company colapses.
