You should do some research to learn all that you can about the weight loss pills. After doing your research on the product, you can make an informed decision as to whether you want to try it or not. There are many people who can not safely use the Trimspa pill and many do not want to try it again. Some positive reviews were claims that , in one case, 44 pounds were lost in 3 months in conjunction with heavy exercise and proper diet, another lost 3 pounds in 3 days, and 12 pounds in 2 months. Some of the negative reviews claimed to have lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks, stopped taking it and gained 5 pounds back, 20 pounds in 2 to 3 weeks, stopped taking it and gained it all back plus some. It is stated that Trimspa weight loss pill may work for you but it will be necessary to keep taking it. In some cases though, it is stated that the pill stopped working after a few days. Anna Nicole Smith was a spokesperson for the Trimspa company from 2003 up until her death on February 8, 2007. Anna had made the claim that she lost 69 pounds in 8 months time. The only problem here is that she later stated that she was also taking other aids to help her lose weight. It was not just the Trimspa that helped her lose the weight. It appears that the Trimspa weight loss pill works for some and not for others. The fact about it is they have been sued for false advertising and making statements that they have no scientific proof to back it up. They have been fined by the Federal Trade Commission for the false advertising and they are ordered not to make the claims again without proof of their statements. The pill may not be safe for some who have certain health issues and/or those who are taking certain medications. You should discuss the use of this weight loss pill before you decide to use it. The reported side effects of Trimspa are nausea, migraines, vomiting, heart palpitations, chest pains, swelling of the throat or esophagus which may cause choking if the pill is not taken with enough water or liquid, trouble swallowing, trouble breathing, allergic reaction to shellfish, sensitivity to caffeine, anxiety, insomnia, chromium toxicity, and increase in blood glucose.
