Trim Spa Stock
Trim Spa stock is probably at its all time low. The trimspa company’s sales has dropped tremendously in the past three years. The future of the company may well be in jeopardy. There are lawsuits pending and lawsuits from the past that have already been settled. The charges against the company are for false advertising and for making misleading statements about the Trimspa diet pills. There are many people who have stated that the diet pills do not work and have done nothing for them. Others claimed they lost a few pounds while taking the Trimspa diet pills but gained the weight back plus more after they stopped taking the pills. Then there were some who took the trimspa diet pills and had to stop taking them because of side effects. The Federal Trade Commission fined Trimspa $1.5 million for false advertising and making statements about their pills that they did not have scientific proof to back up the statements. Bottom line is that the pills do not work the way the company says they will and the people are complaining and filing charges against the company and Anna Nicole Smith. Anna Nicole was the spokesperson for the company from October, 2003 until her death on February 8, 2007. Prior to her going to work for trimspa, Anna Nicole had made the comment that she had lost 69 pounds in about 8 months while taking the trimspa diet pills. It was later discovered that she had taken other aids to help her lose weight at the same time she was taking the trimspa so it is hard to tell how much the Trimspa actually did help her lose the weight. Since she was the Trimspa spokesperson she was named first in some of the lawsuits. When asked by reporters about the lawsuits, Anna Nicole had no comments. As far as the future of the company goes, only time will tell for sure.
The Trimspa company lists the ingredients of their diet pills on the labels of each pill bottle but they do not tell how much of each ingredient is in each pill. The company also keeps several ingredients a secret. Their reasoning for all of this is so noone can steal their formula. There are many reported side effects from the Trimspa diet pill. Many people can not take the pills because of certain existing health problems and/or certain medications they are taking. You should discuss the use of this diet pill with your doctor before you try it. The Trimspa pill will not mix well with some medications and some people can not take the pill because some side effects may be worse if you have health problems.
