Trim Spa Weight Loss

There are many reviews about the Trim spa weight loss pill. There are a few positive reviews on the Trimspa website but there are many negative reviews elsewhere on the internet. It is believed that the Trimspa company may be on its way out. It has some pending lawsuits against it and has been fined by the Federal Trade Commission for making claims that they have no proof to back them and false advertising. On January 4, 2007 the marketers for the company agreed to pay the !.5 million dollar fine and they are to cease making the false claims. They cannot make any unsupported claims about health benefits, safety of the product, performance, side effects, or any other claims unless they are true and they have the scientific proof to back up their statements. The Trimspa weight loss pill is considered an herbal supplement and therefore it is not required to have a prescription and it is not regulated by the Food and Drug Administration because there supposedly are no drug in the pill. The Trimspa labels their bottles with some of the ingredients but keep a few ingredients a secret. They also do not tell how much of each ingredient is in the pills. The company claims the reason for this is to keep someone from stealing their formula. It is believed by some that Trimspa is losing steam. Their sales have dropped the past three years and this is believed to be because of the lawsuits, complaints and now the death of Anna Nicole. Some report that all of these reasons together may be the downfall of the company. If this is the case, why would it make any sense for someone to steal the formula? Why would anyone want a formula that so many claim does not work?

It has been reported many times that Green Tea and Hoodia Gordonii are both proven to aid in weight loss but since the Trimspa company does not specify the amount in their product, there may not be enough in them to do any good. Some companies put just a little of an ingredient into their products just so they can say theat it is there and they would not be telling a lie. It takes at least 25 mg. of Hoodia Gordonii to do any good and a substantial amount of Green Tea. If there is not enough in the product, it will not do any good. There are many fake products being sold on the internet and offline. Do your research before you buy from a company. Ask questions and check out the legitimacy of the company. Some companies are just in the game for your money and possibly your identity.
