Trim Spa x32 Thermogenic Trim Spa x32 thermogenic is a proprietary blend of ingredients made from all natural ingredients to help people lose weight. Trimspa lists some of their ingredients on the labels of their pill bottles. They keep several ingredients a secret but claim they are all natural ingredients. The company does not put the amount of each ingredient on the labels so one does not know if they are getting too much of any one ingredient or not. It is recommended that you do not take more than 6 pills a day and the average amount most people take is 3 or 4 pills. Some experienced dizziness , heart palpitations, and other side effects when they took 6 pills a day so they cut back to 3 or 4. One pill about thirty minutes before each meal is the way most people take the pills. Trimspa diet pills have helped some people lose weight and there are a few positive reviews on the Trimspa website but there are many more negative reviews elsewhere on the internet. It seems that the Trimspa diet pills are turning out to be not as useful as the company has led people to believe over the years. The lawsuits, fines, and complaints are coming back to bite them in the butt. The Trimspa company was hurting financially before 2003 when they found out that Anna Nicole Smith had made the statement that she had lost 69 pounds in about 8 months from taking the Trimspa diet pills. The company hired Anna Nicole as their spokesperson and their sales began to climb again. Anna appeared in the Trimspa commercials and banner ad campaigns which got a lot of exposure and attention for Trimspa. The sales soared for about two years. Then the lawsuits began to surface and people were accusing Trimspa of false advertising and making misleading statements about the diet pills. Anna Nicole was also named in the lawsuits since she was the spokesperson for the company. The Federal Trade Commission fined the Trimspa company $1.5 million for false advertising and for making statements about their products that they could not back up with scientific proof. Trimspa agreed to pay the fine on January 4, 2007. They claim that it is not an admission of guilt, it was done so the Federal Trade Commission would stop the investigation they had going for about two years. The Trimspa pill has many reported side effects and many people claim they had to stop taking the pills because of the side effects. Others say the Trimspa diet pills did nothing for them. Others claim they lost a few pounds but gained them back plus more after they stopped taking the pills. The future of the Trimspa company is looking mighty dim. All Text Copyright © Safety2005.org |
