Trimspa Anna
Anna Nicole Smith was the spokesperson for Trimspa weight loss pills from 2003 until her death on February 8, 2007. Prior to her becoming the spokesperson she had used the Trimspa weight loss pill for 8 months and lost 69 pounds. This intrigued the Trimspa company and the marketers of the Trimspa pill. Anna Nicole became their spokesperson and was in many ads and commercials which boosted the sales of the Trimspa pill. The sales of Trimspa had been declining quickly before Anna Nicole was hired. For a few years the sales continued to grow. Then the lawsuits and complaints began to surface and for the past three years the sales have fallen considerably. The fate of the company is still a question. The death of Anna Nicole has also caused questions as to whether the company will survive. The marketers of the Trimspa weight loss pill were fined by the Federal Trade Commission for making false claims about the pill that they could not prove. Many complaints came in about the product not helping at all and accusations of false advertisements. The lawsuits named Trimspa, it’s distributors, Marketers, and Anna Nicole in them. It was claimed that the company made false statements about what the pill could do for you and they could not prove it. They were accused of false advertising. Anna Nicole had claimed to have lost 69 pounds in 8 months but what she had failed to disclose for some time was the fact that she also took other aids to help her lose weight at the same time.
Anna Nicole Smith was born in 1967 and she was raised by her mother and grandmother. Her father left when she was a child. She was a topless dancer in a strip club and .nude model for magazines when her son Daniel was young. She was crowned Playboy Playmate of the year in 1993 and also starred in the movie Naked Gun 33 1/3. She married the 85 year old millionaire J, Howard Marshall II in 1994. She tried acting for a few years and produced the reality show based on her real life. The show lasted from 2002 to 2004. It was about an overweight rich woman making a fool of herself on public television. In 2003 she became spokesperson for Trimspa.
The Trimspa weight loss pill has many reported side effects and can be dangerous for some who have certain medical problems or are taking certain medications. There are some medications which do not mix well with the Trimspa pill. You should discuss the use of this pill with your doctor before taking it.
