Trimspa carb blocker is considered to be the trimspa candies formula that is said to work with the metabolism to help stabilize the blood sugar and help suppress the appetite and cravings that cause us to overindulge by eating more carbohydrates than our body needs. Trimspa weight loss pills may or may not help you lose weight. There are reviews which are positive on the Trimspa web site and there are negative reviews elsewhere on the internet. In recent years there have been law suits filed against Trimspa, it’s marketers, and Anna Nicole Smith. Anna was the spokesperson for the company since 2003 after she made the statement that she lost 69 pounds in 8 months while using Trimspa. The only problem is that she later said she was also taking other aids to lose weight at the same time, so it can not be determined if Trimspa helped her lose weight or not. Anna was the company’s spokesperson until her death on February 8, 2007. One pending lawsuit is scheduled to court in March and there has been lawsuits in the past against this product. The Federal Trade Commission fined the Trimspa marketers for making false claims and no scientific proof to back them up. The Company agreed to pay $1.5 million on January 4, 2007. People are complaining and filing law suits because they claim the products did very little if anything for them. They say that Trimspa did not work as they claimed it would.. Anna Nicole was named in the lawsuits too because as their spokesperson, she had made false statements.
The Trimspa company was going downhill because their sales were falling before Anna Nicole became their spokesperson. After the company got wind of what Trimspa had done for Anna, they hired her on as their spokesperson and their sales took a turn and soared for a while. In the past three years Trimspa’s sales have dropped again and it is thought to be because of the lawsuits and the fact that the products do not work as claimed. Plus now with the death of Anna Nicole there are some who feel that the company is doomed to fail. Only time will tell for sure. Some feel that the only way they survived this long was because of the outstanding marketing and the ads and commercials Anna Nicole was in.
