Trimspa Diet The Trimspa weight loss diet is raising some suspicions today because of its ability or inability to actually help people lose weight. Does it work? Some say yes, and many say no it doesn’t. It may depend on the person and their body makeup because everyone’s body is different. This is true for many products which is what makes each individual unique. There have been some lawsuits crop up against the Trimspa Company and Anna Nicole Smith in the past year or so. People are claiming that the company and Anna Nicole made false statements about the Trimspa products. The company’s sales have dropped tremendously for the past three years and some feel that now with Anna Nicole’s death on February 8, 2007, the company may be doomed for failure. With the many complaints, lawsuits and allegations, they are definitely in a hurt. Whether or not they can crawl back up this time, only time and some miraculous advertising will tell. They definitely have a battle to fight. Trimspa and Smith have faced many legal allegations that advertisements for the weight loss pills were false and misleading. Anna Nicole had made the claim that she lost 69 pounds in about 8 months. While this may have been true, it was later discovered that she had also used other aids to help her lose weight along with the Trimspa. This made it virtually impossible to know what actually helped her lose the weight. Whether it took one product or all that she was taking can not be determined. It was stated that she claimed she spent most of her time sitting on the bathroom stool because of something she was taking. There are many reported side effects from the use of the Trimspa weight loss diet pills. There may be more not yet reported. If you are using the Trimspa pill and have any side effects from it, contact your doctor. Some of the side effects can be very serious. Those side effects that have been reported are insomnia, vomiting, heart palpitations, swelling and blocking of the throat or esophagus which may cause choking or swallowing if you do not take enough water with the pills. Other side effects are an allergic reaction to shellfish, sensitivity to caffeine, anxiety, chromium toxicity, migraines, and increased blood glucose. If you are taking anticoagulants or other medications, you should not take the pills without first consulting a doctor. Trimspa keeps some of their ingredients in their weight loss pills a secret so one does not know what side effects you may experience. If you have health problems and are taking medications, discuss the use of Trimspa with your doctor before you take any. All Text Copyright © Safety2005.org |
