Trimspa Product Review If you want a review of the Trimspa weight loss product, you can get them online at the Trimspa website and elsewhere online. The Trimspa website has some positive reviews for the Trimspa weight loss pills but there are many negative reviews elsewhere online. Some of the positive reviews are that there was a loss of 30 pounds in 3 months, another states that they lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks, another one lost 30 pounds in 3 months. One customer lost 44 pounds in 3 months and included 4 and 1/2 hours of exercise for 5 days a week. The amount of exercise and the diet you are on will also affect your weight loss amount. There are many negative reviews. Some of them are, lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks while working out an hour 5 or 6 days a week. This person stopped taking the Trimspa pill and gained 5 pounds back. Another one claimed they experienced pains in their wrists, knees, and elbows, lower abdomen, and stomach aches and had to stop taking the pills. It took them about 3 days before the pains subsided after they stopped taking the pills. One experienced dizziness, another had the jitters and had to stop using the pills. There are some lawsuits that have been filed against the Trimspa company for false advertising and making statements that they did not have scientific proof to back them up. The Trimspa company was in financial trouble prior to 2003 because of lack of sales. In 2003 Anna Nicole Smith made the statement that she had lost 69 pounds in 8 months while using the Trimspa weight loss pills so the company hired her to be their spokesperson for the company. The sales increased for a while with Anna Nicole as their spokesperson in commercials and in banner advertisements. Then the lawsuits and complaints began to surface and the sales again began to fall. Anna Nicole was also named in the lawsuits because she was their spokesperson. She had also made the statement to reporters that she had taken other aids to help her lose weight while she was taking the Trimspa pills. Because of all the problems the company has lost sales the past three years and now with the Death of Anna Nicole on February 8, 2007, some feel that Trimspa may not last much longer. Some feel that the only thing that kept them going was the expert promotions for the company and not the product itself. Only time will tell if they will survive this time. The company also had to pay a fine of 1.5 million dollars to the Federal Trade Commission for their false statements they made about their products. Trimspa paid the fine in order to stop the investigation by the FDA. All Text Copyright © Safety2005.org |
