The people suing them claim that the company and Anna Nicole Smith have claimed that the Trimspa weight loss pills will aid in large weightloss results. These people claim that they either did not lose any weight at all or they lost very little while taking the Trimspa pill. The stock may not be worth much right now. You will have to do your research and find out everything about it before you decide to invest in it. It has also been reported that the fact that Anna Nicole Smith has passed away may also make a big impact on the sales of the Trimspa products. The company was having a difficult time before Anna Nicole joined the company as their spokesperson in 2005 and lost 69 pounds in eight months while using the Trimspa diet pills. The company was hurting before Anna came on board because their sales were about to hit rock bottom. After Anna joined them as their spokesperson, the sales soared for a while. The past three years have done its tole on the company because the sales again have fallen because of the law suits. Now it is feared that they may go belly up because of the death of Anna Nicole. She was their spokesperson up until her death on February, 8. 2007. One can only imagine what will become of the company now. Time alone will tell.
The Trimspa weight loss pill is supposedly an all natural product with all natural ingredients but the company fails to disclose all of the ingredients in the pill. On the bottles they only tell some of the ingredients and not the amounts of each. They are keeping a few of the ingredients a secret, they say because they do not want anyone to steal their formula. Since they claim their ingredients are all natural, the Food and Drug Administration can not require them to have the product tested. The product does have some side effects which may prevent some from taking the weight loss pill. These side effects are insomnia, vomiting, swelling of the throat which may block the throat or esophagus and cause choking or trouble breathing, chest pain, allergic reaction from the shellfish, anxiety, heart palpitations, migraines, increased blood glucose, and chromium toxicity.
