Apple Cider Vinegar Weight Loss


Apple Cider Vinegar has been used for a weight loss aid for decades and some say it goes back as far as the days of the ancient Egyptians. Some say it works and others say it doesn’t work as well as the companies selling it want you to believe it will. Apple Cider Vinegar has proven itself to be safe to use and actually has many good properties in it. It is said to be good not only for weight loss but for high blood pressure and diabetes as well. It will detox the accumulated poisons in our system that store the unneeded fat. It will boost your energy and adds vitality. Everyone knows that apples are good for you so it only makes sense that the apple cider vinegar is going to help too. Whether it will help you lose the weight you want to lose is debatable but many people do believe in it. If they didn’t, it would not be in the top list for natural weight loss products. Other good uses of the apple cider vinegar is to help relieve arthritic stiffness, for sore throats, acne, headaches, dandruff, sunburn, and elevated cholesterol levels. Although there is no scientific proof that the apple cider vinegar works to help all of these problems does not mean that it doesn’t. It just means that there has not been any scientific studies on it. Scientists do not know everything in spite of what some of them might think.

Most natural weight loss products and other supplements have not had a lot of scientific studies performed on them but they still seem to help people and more people are turning to the natural supplements because they are much safer, they work, they are cheaper than drugs, most have no side effects, and there are no drugs or stimulants in them. In the 70's it was believed that apple cider vinegar, kelp, vitamin B-6, and lecithin together fooled the body’s metabolism into burning fat easier than it normally would. Just because scientists doubted it does not mean that it does not work. It just means they have not yet tested it and written it in stone. We have been told that apple cider vinegar is good for us so what have we got to lose by trying it? Maybe a few pounds, you think? Can’t hurt to try. Believers of apple cider vinegar say that it works 24 hours a day to help your body rid itself of the excess fat. It is said that it also helps remove heavy metals that do not belong in the body.
