Dottie’s Weight Loss

Dottie’s weight loss program is more or less just a diary type report of Dottie Coon and her experience in her weight loss plan. She has experienced ups and downs and it is all mentioned on her website that her husband Al set up for her so others could share and learn from her experiences. She has Message Boards where others can go to share their experiences as well. It is always good to have support when you are dieting and what better than having people who are going through the same thing you are. Each of you can support each other so you are not alone. You can also get a close friend, family member or co-worker to diet with you too so you can have hands on support from someone who understands exactly what you are going through.

Dottie started her weight loss journey when a friend told her about the Weight Watchers program and told her it was an easy program to follow. On January 5, 1998 Dottie started her diet and vowed to reach her goal. She claims that she never looked back and the Journey changed her whole life. Dottie was smoking almost three packages of cigarettes a day and decided she was ready to quit smoking. She had heard about the quit smoking hypnosis method so she decided to try it. After attending a hypnosis session with others, she never smoked another cigarette. Dottie decided that if the hypnosis method worked on smoking, it might also work on losing weight so she bought some hypnosis CDs on losing weight. She combined the use of the CDs with her Weight Watchers point system program and reached her weight loss goal. The positive hypnosis CDs Dottie used and highly recommends are “Enjoying Weight Loss” by Roberta Temes. Dottie says when she needs a little boost she listens to the CDs. They help her relieve any stress she may have and she claims she has never been as calm before. She is a firm believer in her weight loss plan and will answer any questions you may have for her.

There are many weight loss plans and programs and many of them might work. They require a lot of will power and just like smoking, you have to be ready to quit or as in this case, start losing weight. You can even make your own plan or use one of the free programs available. You might want to get a friend to lose weight with you so you can support each other. You can also get support on Dottie’s website but it is also good to have a hands on partner so you can support each other. Dottie’s website is www.dwlz.com. She also has cookbooks available with healthy weight loss recipes.
