Dotties Weight Loss You can find Dotties weight loss program on her website on dwlz.com. Follow Dottie’s diet and learn how she gets through her ups and downs of her diet. There were a few obstacles which slowed Dottie’s diet down temporarily but she is now up and at it again. Who is Dottie you ask? Well it is Dottie Coon, a lady who had a weight loss mission. A friend told her about Weight Watchers diet plan and about their ‘point system’. Her friend also mentioned that it was real easy to follow and lose weight so Dottie decided to give it a try. This was in Novenber, 1997 in January, 1998 Dottie began her Journey to reach her Goal. Dottie did not look back. You can see the trail of Dottie’s first Journey online. Dottie claimed that it changed her whole life. Dottie was smoking 2 to 3 packs of cigarettes a day and decided to quit smoking so she heard about the hypnosis method of quitting so she decided to give it a try. Dottie never smoked another cigarette after that day (as far as her husband knows anyway). She has had a few setbacks on her diet because of health problems which kept her from exercising so she gained her weight back but she never gave up. After she had surgery on her knee and got back on her feet, she was off again the the pounds again began to come off, but slower this time. She was so thrilled with the smoking hypnosis results that she decided to get some hypnosis cds for losing weight. These have also helped her. If she feels like she is slipping on her diet, she will replay the cds and get back on track. Dottie has been an inspiration for many and her husband set up the website for her and posts updates about Dottie and her diet. She also has Message Boards where others can share their experiences and they can all support each other on their Journeys. Dottie says she never looks back, she just looks forward and she feels much more calm and in control this time around. She claims that the cds are the tools that gave her back her life and the desire to be the best she can be. No matter what diet you are on or how much you weigh or how much weight you need to lose, always remember to believe in yourself and like yourself for who and what you are, no matter how much weight you lose or don’t lose. Most of us may need to lose some weight but it is not worth it if you beat yourself up and do not like yourself. It is what is inside that really counts. All Text Copyright © Safety2005.org |
