Al was nice enough to set up the website for Dottie and also keeps us informed with updates of Dottie and her diet. Many people have been inspired by Dottie and her persistence to lose weight and overcome the obstacles she has faced along the way. Dottie had a fried who told her about Weight Watchers and the ‘point system’ they had and she told Dottie that it was very easy to do. So Dottie decided to try it and has been using the ‘point system’ ever since. Dottie also exercises when she can. At several points in her life she could not exercise so she regained the weight she had lost but she is now back on track and losing again. You can read all about it on her website. Dottie has message boards on her website so anyone can post their opinions and experiences there to share with the other members. Most of the members are using the Weight Watchers diet plan but the message boards are for anyone. If you have a good diet plan, feel free to share it with the members of Dottie’s Zone. Dottie also has cookbooks with healthy recipes. You can even submit a recipe to her and she will get it entered on the site as soon as she can. Dottie’s site is basically a support site for those who want to join so they are not alone in their weight loss endeavor. Dottie used hypnosis to quit smoking and it worked for her so she also uses hypnosis weight loss tapes as well as the Weight Watchers program When she feels she is slipping on her diet, she listens to the tapes and they restore her will power to lose weight. Losing weight is not easy and it takes a lot of confidence in yourself and a lot of will power. No matter which plan you use, you are not going to succeed if you are not determined to do so.
