Feasters Lasting Weight Loss The Feasters Lasting Weight Loss plan involves the theory that your metabolism does not know how much food you will eat each day because it has not happened yet. Your body burns calories based on what you have eaten the past few days so it assumes that you will continue to eat in the same way in the future. When you shock your system by doing something you have never done before and change your habits you are going to lose weight. Change your eating habits every few days, eat something different, and you will lose weight. Do just the opposite of what your metabolism thinks you will do. Shift the types of calories you eat every few days and continue this pattern and you will lose weight. This is the theory of the Feasters weight loss plan. In order for this to work, you also need to eat foods that are rated as fat burning compatible. In other words the foods you eat need to be easy to burn so your body can burn them entirely and switch to burning the fat tissue you have to lose after that. This method of losing weight was designed by a doctor who believed that those who used other plans and programs usually ended up gaining their weight back after they stopped the diet. This plan is designed so you can take the weight off and keep it off according to the author. They believe the plan will work without a special diet or exercise. There are so many diet plans and programs on the market today that it can be very confusing when it comes to choosing one to fit your needs. They all claim to be the best and of course they will say that in order to get you hooked so they can line their pockets. There are some free weight loss plans and recipes on the internet. All it takes is some research to find them. It is common sense that if we eat less, eat low calorie foods, and exercise, we are going to lose weight. The kicker here is that the program has to continue forever. If we stop the diet we will more than likely gain all of the weight back over a period of time. As we age, we get less exercise and our bodies burn less fat and calories so we do not need to eat as much as we did in our younger active days. The problem is to get our bodies accustomed to eating less and eating right and to get into the habit of doing it on a regular basis. All Text Copyright © Safety2005.org |
