Some companies charge a large fee for their weight loss program but they are no more than common sense plans put down in a pamphlet. They want to sell you their food products and snacks so the bottom line is, they are getting rich at the overweight persons expense. Their program may not be any better than one you plan for yourself. The only difference is they have people you can talk to keep your spirits and will power up so you will succeed. If you made your own plan, you could get a friend or co-worker to work together with and both of you can give each other support and you can succeed this way too for much less expense.
