Not getting any physical activity can also make it very hard to lose weight and keep it off. It can also be dangerous to your health because it may cause heart attacks and strokes. By walking at least 30 minutes most days of the week, you can get the exercise you need to help take off the weight and keep the weight off. Some of the quick weight loss diets will cause you to develop nutritional deficiencies after a few weeks. One good example is the cabbage soup diet. It can also cause abdominal discomfort or pain and also gas. You will not be getting the nutrition the body needs to survive. You will also gain the weight back after you stop the diet.
