Some feel that if you make sure you read the whole book (don’t skip through it) you will learn a lot from it. Others feel that it is a waste of money and claim that it has nothing that anyone with some common sense couldn’t figure out for themselves if they don’t already know the points given in the book. Some say that Kevin repeats himself over and over in the book so they are just paying for a lot of repetition and felt that they did not get much from the book at all.

Kevin Trudeau has written other books on health cures and it has been reported that they have a lot of good information in them but you have to keep buying books to get all of the information. Kevin puts some of the information in the first book and you have to buy the second book to get the rest of the information. It is like only getting half of a recipe and then buying another book to get the other half of the recipe. It is his way of keeping people interested so they will buy the next book in order to get all of the information. The problem with this is that many people can not afford to keep buying the books so they end up with nothing. It is very depressing for some who buy his books. It is like buying a new washing machine but you have to pay more to get the cord or the hoses for it. It takes more money to get the complete washer or cure for weight loss.

The real fact is there is no sure cure for weight loss. That is it takes a continued regime to take off the weight and keep it off. There are weight loss products which may help curb or suppress the appetite but the bottom line is, eat less and exercise. It doesn’t take a genius to figure that out. Many people lose weight with some of the weight loss pills but they will have to eat less sugar and fat and eat smaller portions of the food that they do eat. Fruits and vegetables as well as fish, skinned chicken, and turkey are recommended. It also depends on how you prepare the foods. It is not wise to cook them in grease or load them down with sugar. Many people who use the weight loss pills will lose weight but when they stop taking them, they gain the weight back. It is a self control issue, just like when you quit smoking.
