Some of the weight loss drugs are addictive so they would definitely effect the baby. It is just not known how much danger it would cause to the baby. It is much better to wait until after the birth and after the baby is no longer nursing before you try any weight loss products. You do not want to jeopardize the health of your baby for a few pounds. There are many weight loss plans, programs, and products on the market today. It can be mind boggling trying to figure out which ones are the best ones for you. Your doctor can help you decide this when you are ready. Losing weight is not unlike stopping smoking in that you have to be ready to make a commitment. You have to be ready for the diet because it is going to take strength, patience, and a strong will. It has a lot to do with the mind as well as the eating habits and exercise. A low calorie diet and exercise will help tremendously if can fit it into your schedule. Some people can not exercise because of certain health problems and they can lose weight too but it will be a slower process for them. Those who exercise can lose more, quicker if the put exercise into their regime. Some of the most popular natural weight loss pills are Hoodia Gordonii, green tea, citrin, grapefruit pectin, bitter orange, chitosan, glucomannan (konjac plant), apple cider vinegar, oat extract, and others. Some people also use water pills to get rid of the excess water in the system. When taking weight loss pills it is often recommended that you drink a full glass of water with each pill about 30 minutes to an hour before meals. The water helps make you feel full so you do not eat as much as usual and it will also help dissolve the pill or capsule quicker so it will get into the blood stream quicker.
