Weight Loss Hypnosis Some people use hypnosis as their way for weight loss. Some people use weight loss hypnosis tapes or cds as a part of their weight loss regime. If they feel they are slipping off of their diet, they can listen to the tapes or cds over and over again as many times as they need to get back on track. There are other ways to lose weight but the hypnosis method may help some but it is no guarantee. Eating fat free foods, fruits and vegetables, plus eating less and exercising is the sure way to lose weight. Most of the time it is the type of food we eat plus the amount we eat that gives us the extra weight we do not need. Many people do not exercise and this will add weight gain too. If you can get on a routine exercise program (even if it is just walking) at least three or four times a week, it is much better than none at all. Some may need the extra boost of the hypnosis. Some may need the extra boost of diet pills that help curb or suppress the appetite. The main thing is to make sure you do not try to lose the weight too fast because it can cause health problems if you do. People who already have health problems and are taking medications or are pregnant or nursing need to discuss weight loss with their doctor before deciding on any diet or products. Some medications do not mix well with some weight loss drugs or supplements so you should discuss them with the doctor to make sure they are safe for you. There has not been much scientific study done on pregnant and nursing mothers and weight loss pills or other supplements so you might want to wait until the baby is no longer nursing before starting your diet, unless you find a safer way without drugs or supplements.
