Weight Loss Patch If you want to lose weight and are thinking about the weight loss patch, you should do some research before you decide to use them. There are many different brands of the weight loss patch and of course they all will tell you that theirs are the best. How often do we hear that only to buy the product and later be very disappointed because it did not work the way the company claimed that it would. This is true so many times with everything we deal with in life. You can help eliminate the disappointment and loss of money if you do some research before you buy the product. Some of the weight loss patches on the market are Hoodia Patch, Phenterpatch, Dermaloss, Dietrine Patch, Shape Patch, Trim 24Seven Patch, and herbal RX Weight Loss Patch, just to name a few. It has been reported that some of the patches do not contain enough ingredient to do any good. The Hoodia patch is an example of this. The people who tried the Hoodia patch claimed they did not lose any weight with the patch and on further research discovered that they did not contain hardly any Hoodia at all. It is stated that there should be at least 250 mg of Hoodia per dose in order to work for you so if the products do not contain this much or more Hoodia, it might be a good idea to put your money back in your pocket. Check out the ingredients in the other weight loss patches too to make sure the ingredients are safe to use. The Trim 24 Seven Patch claims they do not contain any ephedra but Guarana is listed as one of the ingredients in it and Guarana is just another name for ephedra. Ephedra was banned in the United States in 2006. Other names for ephedra besides Guarana are Squaw Tea, Chinese Ephedra, Epitonin, Mormon tea, and Desert Tea. Be careful if you see any of these ingredients in any products because they have caused strokes, heart attacks, and even death to many people. There are also other dangerous side effects. If you ever have serious side effects from any supplement or drug contact your doctor as soon as possible or seek emergency medical help immediately. You can also report the products your local health department and to the Food and Drug Administration Consumer Hotline. Do not take any chances. Do your research before you decide what to use as your weight loss products. You can check out the weight loss forums and chat rooms to see what others are using and what they have to say about their weight loss experiences. All Text Copyright © Safety2005.org |
